Whether you are building a custom home and need a construction loan, or are purchasing one of our spec builds, there are a variety of financing options including: FHA, USDA, VA, and Conventional. The Building Process: Seven Easy Steps

1. Work with our financial experts to secure the best construction loan financing for your situation.
2. With a two-time close construction loan, you'll close on the lot/build and have a final closing for your conventional mortgage when the build is complete.
3. You'll choose a floor plan that suits your budget and make all the design selections from our standard offerings conveniently located in our showroom.
4. Throughout the construction process our team will keep you informed with the latest updates and schedule viewings throughout.
5. Once construction is complete you will have a final walkthrough with a member of our team to make sure everything is perfect.
6. Now that all the finishing touches have been added it's time for the final closing where you'll get a standard mortgage.
7. Now it's time to move-in and fall in love with your dream home!
