Hepburn
The Hepburn plan is a two story with a an open concept main level, main level owner's suite, and optional fourth bedroom. Immediately off the entry is a built-in bench area that adds character as well as storage and opposite that is a flex room. The kitchen boasts an in-sink island with bar seating and walk-in pantry. The owner's suite is on the main level off the great room. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
