In this selection of plans we feature larger homes that go beyond an economical design, often featuring cathedral ceilings and other unique design elements. These plans range in square footage from 2100 sq. ft. to over 2500 sq. ft. Included in this lineup are three and four bedroom plans with plenty of bonus rooms to meet all your needs. The prices you see below are for the construction of the house on a slab foundation. Each of these plans can be built on a basement, just ask about the adjusted cost to include a basement.
All of these builds are priced to include our superior construction and quality standard features. These features include LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring throughout the main living area, Shaw carpet in the bedrooms, custom painted cabinetry in both the kitchen and bathrooms, and soft close doors and drawers. Other items that can effect the price of a build are: the cost of the lot, any dirt that may be needed, any land clearing that may be necessary, well, and septic. Because these items can vary greatly depending on the lot, they cannot be included in the pricing shown below. |
